iPod integration for stock head units

Has anyone had experience with any of those iPod integration kits to work with stock head units? I'm thinking about getting my sister one, however the unit I'm looking at doesn't seem to be available in Canada:

Can anyone recommend one that is good, available in Canada, and integrates into stock head units, preferably through the CD-Changer controls and not FM radio.

Getting a new, aftermarket deck is not an option.

works great in my X-Runner... the one you have listed there is the same one I've got, except it was installed at the dealership when I bought the truck... the box is the same color, shape, size, and everything else, except there is a big Toyota sticker on it where the USA-Spec sticker is...

you may be able to get one at the dealership but be prepared to pay a stupid amount of money for it, or at least get the part number for it, so you can maybe find it elsewhere online...
