WTB - Down Town Parking

Looking for a parking stall downtown. Saw a couple of threads of people looking to get rid of stall's a while back, but they've all been negotiated.

So, I work at First Canadian Centre, 350 - 7 AVE SW , parking around here is quite expensive (I think Bow Valley is $35/day).

Let me know if you have anything, or know of anything available.

I'm actually looking for something a little longer term (should have put that in original post - sorry).

Minimum 1 year contract could be negotiated. Essentially, I'm looking for somebody with a condo/appartment that has an assigned stall they they don't use.

got a spot in china town if your interested, just off center, heated underground. $300 a month. i just gave my one month notice, so the owner is looking for a new renter.
