Everyone will say "oh my accountant is the best"...so for what its worth:

I just retained the services of an excellent accountant. She has her own firm and also provides hands on training seminars, to teach you how to do your monthly "books" as well as provide full year end services. Any taxman hassles will be handled directly by her so you never have to talk to the "man" again..you just say "call my accountant". My books were a mess and she has finally given me a good nights sleep.

She took over all my books and knew all the facts about tricky situations etc, right at her fingertips. Quick, smart and has two or three people working for her that you can talk to at any time.
(Not to mention she's absolutely smokin hot....I mean a 10!!)
