I just got home from a week out around GP and into BC, Driving 100's of kms everyday/night on ice/snow covered woods and mountain roads, with constant blind corners and drop off's, off the sides of said mountains.. I was amazed at how well all the traffic gets along with each other, you can do 100-120 no problem most of the time, everyone gets along, and watches out for each other.. Amazing how well traffic can work at speed (even with these HUGE log trucks and rig traffic) when the people know how to drive, since your average driver out there knows what their doing, and how to handle both their rig, speed and conditions... Sure we have radios and have to call one another constantly on the tight roads, just so you don't come around corners into one another, but that wouldn't be an issue on general highways, since they aren't tight tree lined blind corners, hardly wider than a lane...
I vote tougher training, not more enforcement...
and ps, yes there is a TON of traffic on some of these roads this time of yr, don't take it as a truck every half hour passes by..
