Sleep Country is crap. I hate them. I got a wicked deal at Sears for both a box and a mattress (+ shipping) which cost less than a mattress at sleep country. I'm very happy w/ my mattress and the delivery people were prompt as well.

goto the sears outlet store in deerfoot mall. deerfoot trail and 64th ave NE. We just purchased a queen size pillow top posturepedic set there. brand new, still in the plastic wrap for $336 and that was including the taxes.

Only problem is they don't deliver from that location, so you will need a truck.

np, but you might have to make a couple of trips there. being an outlet store, the stock can vary by quite a bit, and sometimes be quite low on stock, but the next day they can be over flowing.

I wouldn't buy a bed from any of those places mentioned, especially Sears and Sleep Country.

I don't work at the place where I sold beds before but if you go in on a Sunday, there is another beyonder that works there...his name is Ryan.

The place is Halstead down in Deerfoot Meadows.

You get what you pay for doesn't necessarily work with beds, since they are so marked up. But at the same time, if you spend under a grand on a mattress you will replace it in less than 3 years, that is unless you are into punishing your body.

    This thread should help.....
