    mls listing says "pool"


    I lived there for a while, in a 2 bedroom, and I never understood what the development plans for downstairs were.


    Is there a pool now, or will there be one?
    DOES ANYONE NEED A GO-JUICE?

    Looks nice. I may have to come and take a look if its still around in June. How long is the drive to Princess Island park during rush hour?

    BTW...are maintenance fees building fees or what?

    is it easy to rent out executive rentals? and also, regarding that, what do you have to provide exactly with executive rentals?(food? toiletries? etc.)

    lazy!!! lol you should just walk....

    i usually walk to chinatown for dinner and it takes like 10-18 mins....depending if i'm wearing heels or not hahaha
