Yikes.
the stretcher will actually be used to haul of an injured player
Yeah...saw the in the Herald on Sat morning, and on the EPL highlights.
Sucks to see a player like Eduardo get "destroyed" like that, hopefully it heals properly!
Full story on surgery/recovery...

ahaha brutalllllll, that guy's going to have fun recovering.
Apparently the word is it's a lot better than originally dreaded. The first word was a tibia, fibula and ankle. Now they say it's just one of the 3, and a dislocated ankle. He should be back within a calendar year. Hopefully he does recover. Having him out of Arsenal's line-up is beneficial for other teams, but jeezus. I don't wish that upon anyone, and he is a good player.
Mike
haha, probably the only time they fall to the ground and not just pretend to be hurt.
Great new for Man Utd but as mentioned above no one deserves that. straight red to, dirty tackle.
Doesn't deserve it since Eduardo is actually a relatively clean player, but Wenger shouldn't bitch. The moment things don't go Arsenal's way his players all turn into dirty playing bitches.
Ex: Gallas' kick on Nani, Eboue's tackle vs United, Gallas crying and kicking the boards vs Birmingham, Adebayor headbutting his own player, and those are just recent examples.
They're all a buncha whiny twats, but fair play to Eduardo, he hasn't been Wengerized too much, bad tackle, but without the malicious intent many say it had, martin taylor doesn't have a bad record, and u can see Eduardo just moved too quick and Taylor hit the wrong area.
yea saw that this weekend
really bad
hopefully he can make a full recovery and be back on the pitch.
U reap what u sow, did anyone see his tackle on Nani in the FA Cup match? Only got a yellow for a studs up knee high challenge. Shitty deal, but Wengerization has its karmic price i suppose.
yea that was a harsh tackle too, but i think nani moans about all tackles anyway, clean or dirty.
Regardless if he moans or not, and since it's his first season from Portugal (dive central) to the prem (arguably the most physical league) he does make a meal of some tackles, but that doesnt take away from Eduardo's tackle being fucking atrocious. Arsenal players all lack discipline, whine too much, and a huge majority play fucking dirty. When they do and the bloody FA actually call them on it, Wenger somehow never sees the action in question, he's a cunt of the highest order.
