On the other thread someone suggested mixing probably 1:1 with ranch for pizza. Fantastic.

I Love Sriracha! Its my absolute favorite. First introduced to the stuff many years back 9 or so years ago when I had pho for the first time. Ever since than I've never looked back. Right now there are 3 brand new bottles sitting in my pantry on reserve in case my current runs out I really like mixing this stuff with hoisin sauce! mmmmm.... especially when eating vermicelli, or noodles.

Guys, how much do the jumbo packs cost at costco, and how big are the bottles? I don't recall seeing them there before. Where abouts are they located?

Nice! I usually buy mine from superstore when I shop for groceries. I don't like buying it often, so i usually stock up once in a while.

Adam c, I've seen other sauces used at pho places too. One of the other ones, i suspect is sambal olek which is more pasty, and not bad either. I'd have to agree with you though, I like to have sriracha whenever I'm eating pho as well.

We need to compile a list of everything it goes well with aside from Pho. I'll start!

    Fries
    Potato Chips
    Instant Noodles
    Any stir-fried Noodles
Steamed Calamari (had this at a Korean pub)
    Salmon Sushi
    Dumplings
