    Default Thief got just desserts

    Can't find it on city beat, but been hearing it on radio this morning.

    apparently, a thief stole a car this morning at about 4:00am. 4 mins later, police got a call about a serious accident and responded to the scene to find a deceased person in the vehicle. Same vehicle that was stolen a few mins earlier, and apparently the deceased was the thief.

    All i could think of when i heard this was GOOD!

    Stolen car in fatal crash
    March 08, 2008 - 7:34 am
    660News Staff







    City police are investigating a fatal single vehicle crash Saturday morning involving a stolen car.

    The crash occurred near the intersection of Glenmore and Ogden road in the southeast around four in the morning.

    Acting Duty Inspector David Kotowski tells 660News, they came upon the crash right after they were told of the stolen vehicle.

    Kotowski says the driver was pronounced dead by emergency crews upon arrival.
