Which PSU do you have? I have been using EVGA for a long time now and have never had issues. The G3 PSUs are supposed to be the best line they've ever made with the SuperFlower internals.

It was a coolmaster and today I got a corsair. Not sure what happened but humming along nicely. Lasted 5 years so not bad for almost 24 hours a day

Ah, yeah that makes sense. I don't think any of my machines even HAVE a GPU, aside from whatever Intel has on the chip. Gamers run the world apparently, the rest of us are just living in it.

I ran a few WU’s earlier in the week. I was getting 10-12k points per day in my CPU and 50k running on my GPU slot.

I could have gotten some more points CPU only but I have a laptop so it starts to thermally throttle my CPU when the GPU spins up.

I quit after getting 3 blue screens, i use that machine for work so can’t have it blowing up on me.

Yeah funny enough, my desktop is lower spec then either of the laptops I'm using. The faster laptop runs the fan constantly, but haven't checked of its throttling itself. Don't really care. Haven't gotten blue screen anywhere yet.
