I am not requesting "legal advice." I was wondering if anybody had heard of something similiar or is familiar with this at all so they can provide a little input and direction. I love this website, but it is one of the last places I would go for LEGAL advice.

If nobody has anything to contribute to this, no harm done I thought I would see. This thread can fall off into oblivion.
