    Default Government(calgary/Ab/CAN)issued photo id w/address(other than AB's id card/licence)?

Any government (Calgary or Alberta or Canada) issued photo ID with address (other than Alberta’s identification card and Alberta's driver licence)? Thanks

dont you fill out your own address in your passport so they dont count it as legal proof of you in that address.

isnt it illegal to falsify that information though...?

so even if you did fake it, you would end up doing jail time for it...?

Not too much out there by way of photo ID that has an address on it. Only the operator's license and the class 8 ID card require it...

apart from that there are things like:

Parolee Card, Military ID, PAL/POL firearms card, passport (as mentioned)... An IDP may be useful...

    not sure what else.

Go to a registry and ask for an Identification Card

Its an alternative to an operator's (driver's) license...

If one were to have, say, outstanding fines with the Alberta Government, this might not be an option either as they restrict all registry transactions until your debt is paid....

Not saying this is the case with the OP... but it might be for someone...

If you live in one of those lake communities, they have DOB, name, address.

I ask the government, they informed me those are issued only to people without AB driver's license.

Is the address in the newer passport 'typed' by the government or self written in?

No, you have to write it in. I think it's done that way so that when you move, you can change the address yourself (rather than have to apply for a new passport).

How much of a gangster do you look like? Haha

    Who has 5 government ID's?
DL, RPAL, SS card, Health Card...what else would a guy likely have. I think I've got my forklift operator's licence from Saskatchewan that's ~8 years old...

I believe you can get a residency card of some sort. Call Service Canada and ask them.

Hardly. But I've heard this enough times from Vickers establishments in the past.

No one has 5, and they can't name them either.

If you are getting turned away from a bar because if "insufficient" ID, then I hate to break it to you, but the ID is not the problem.

    it's either:
    1) you look dangerous
    2) You look ethnic, and the door staff are racist.

I'm guessing it's number 2. Why the hell would you want to give money to people who discriminate against you? It boggles the mind.
