    Default Lactose free Protein/Weight Gain?

So I am finally settled into my new place, and have found time to get my weight equipment setup. (Free Weights)

I want to get back into it and get "beefcake"!!

My diet pretty much sucks as far as protein goes because I am severely lactose intolerant. So I need to compliment my Big Mac's and Big Bacon Classic combos with something a little better.

Has anyone else researched any lactose free protein?

Most of the more expensive proteins are lactose free. If you want a specific example, I like muscle milk/cyto gainer as a protein complex.

Im using ISOWhey Breezer Ice tea flavour and it only contains Lactase, which would be good for you since you are lactose intolerant. Picked it up at Popeyes.

Try using buckwheat or hemp protein.

While buckwheat and hemp proteins are a good suggestion, I would strongly advise you to do some research on the ill-effects of phytoproteins before you ingest any.
