On top of that, the building creates enough wind energy for itself, now that is amazing on its own!

I'd say in around 10 years when all their major projects are done, Dubai is going to be the place everyone would want to live in, no other city is going to look like this for the next 50 years unless they get more money to outdo them.

I've been there for an extended period of time, and is it amazing? Yes.
Would I want to live there? No...

Actually I believe their biggest export(or at least it was when i lived there a few years ago) was steel. tourism second, and oil third. The have some pretty smart people running the country who know that you can't rely on oil forever.
