    Default Multivitamins

Ive just finished off my bottle of multivitamins and am looking for something else to try. I was currently on Megaman Daily Multivitamin from GNC, but they taste like ass. Any other suggestions would be cool

the GNC mutivitamine's are really good, just hold your breath and take them down.... and try not to smell inside the bottle... I think all multi's dont smell the greatest though It has the most contents then other brands.

I use Optimum Nutrition's Opti-Men multivitamin. Smells like absolutely terrible, but it's got a bit more stuff in it than a typical multi.

+1 for Opti-Men! They taste like someone coated a farm in Jack Daniels, but that's why they're not chewable.

Jesus christ... I thought animal pack was a decent All-in-one. So this SUPERPACK would eliminate the need to take a seperate omega 3-6-9??

I'm no expert, but doesnt this super pack seem like overkill and that the majority of this will just be pissed out?

Do you really need 10,000% of the recommended amount of vitamin B1 or 10 times the normal recommended daily intake of Vitamin C?

I'm taking the Animal Pak. Sucks having to swallow 11 pills and they smell absolutely terrible. It also has turned my piss the most incredible shade of flourescent yellow. I don't think there is much more to be gained by getting the Superpack, but it does cost less.

^ The animal pack is great, I've heard awesome things about it.
I take the "Supreme Multi" from a company called "Good for you" the amounts of vitamins & minerals on the back are in truely awesome amounts considering its only two pills a day, one for breakfast, one for supper. The pills are about the same size as what you'd get from the animal pack.
I personally hate taking pills so this was quite a bonus for me.
Like BT mentioned it also turns your piss to a shade of radioactive yellow.

I still have 1/2 can of Animal Pak left so I am gonna use it again. Last time I used it after several days I noticed my joints and ligaments were more sore than usual after exercise.

Why don't you just change your diet instead of taking pills?
