I'm back, and as always sorry for the delay. The shelf is there not to "protect the butter" but everything else if some reason is butter leaks or the packaging has some on the outside. The plastic barrier is to keep out moisture.

It is not generally. And for the most part there's no reason to. From time to time new SIN numbers are given to those who have been victim of theft identity or are in witness protection programs.

Its possible but my experience and from what I've heard this often isn't the way to go. If things were bad enough to throw away the first time then chances are the relationship will again have irreprable faults. This does happen though, its not restricted to the movies.

2. if it's illegal to traffic marajuana how come i see certain shops that sell marajuana seeds? isn't that illegal?

Don't know if this has been ask but.... is it possible to drink yourself sober while intoxicated? A buddy of mine "claims" to have done this and almost died. He tried to explain this had something to do with liver failure but I told him he was full of shit and handed him another beer.

I've neard some say that experienced smokers can get "high" via seeds but I assume its just because something has been brought out from the seeds that was already in your system. The official answer is no.

2. Seems kinda dumb doesn't it, the seeds themselves are not illegal its the developed leaves that contain the illegal substance.

3. Like with other illegal substances, weed is dealt with very carefully through (as you pointed out) an incineration and burn process. This comes after it has been stored for court cases etc. as well as treated to reduce the ill environmental effects of the combustion process (more the case with drugs such as cocaine, heroine or crack).

Striaght up answer is no. It has been documented that at some point throughout the drinking process one can reach at feeling of sobriety after a massive amount of drinking (which is accompanied by sickness vomiting etc). Regardless the individual is still drunk and in for a nasty hangover.

I've looked this one up on the internet and have not gotten the answer so let's try the Beyonders: can you use the money in your RRSP to purchase a house? Like a self-directed RRSP? Not your primary residence but a rental unit. Do you need the full purchase price or can you use the RRSP money as a downpayment? The reasoning is to use RRSP money to buy a home, rent it to a family member but put the rental income back into the RRSP.

You can not do this without being penalized. You can only withdraw from your RRSPs without getting hit with the tax if the home is your first and primary residence.
