Jager Homes

I heard a rumor that they have gone out of business. Does anyone know anything about this? Maybe after finishing last place on the jd power consumer ratings, they closed their doors and joined the other half of the company, Alan Ridge?

For the record, I hope they have.

wouldnt surprise me one bit...Allan ridge went out of business a few years back...They managed to hold to to the jager name...Id be intrested to know

Darn it, thats who I was worried it would be. I was really hoping that some of these shitty builders would start to fall off the map now that people aren't knocking down the doors to buy.

And Jager Homes isn't part of an international developer.

a friend of mine brought a home from jager 1.5 years ago
the builder didn't finish the house, they got it to building code so that it was acceptable to move in (so they could get paid) and then didn't bother to finsih the rest of the house.
terrible experience.
