FS: Hytech replica header for Bseries

I got a brand new Hytech replica header, never used at all.
the flange got cracked during shipping, tried to have someone weld it but it looks shitty. I think you'll have to have someone grind it or or you can do it yourself with a dremel, then reweld it. or you can just leave it and tighten down the nut on the manifold. I don't think it'll cause any leaks.

yea you can see alll the shittty welding someone did for me to try to fix it, just cracked right off again anyways
I also have all the hardware like the 2.5" donut gasket and exhaust manifold gasket and the bolts for the slipon piping

Is this the titanium nitrate coated version??
and could i have a pic of the crack?

no sorry this is just the stainless one i didnt get the titanium nitride/gold one.

You can see the crack right on the bolt hole between cylinder 3 and 4, bottom hole. I'll try to get better pictures, it was hard to get it in the basement. There was not much lighten and the flash kept over exposing the picture.

yea that welding looks terrible i know, its' no wonder why it just crumbled off, no real penetration at all.




you just have to grind it off and have a "competent" welder go at it again and it's ready to rip. Or like i said you can just grind that stuff off and put your bolt in and that will hold it since the other 2 studs/bolts will hold that in place from the head.

if you are seriously intersted? i can ask my buddy to try to Tig weld it and see how much he charges. I can have it fixed up pretty if you don't have anyone.

i'll include a itr midpipe with a 2.5" collecting flange on it for $430 with the header if anyone is interested?

You just need to cut the end of pipe were the 2.5" flange is on the itr midpipe and get the proper lenght welded on for your setup.

so you're almost getting a full header back, just missing the muffler.

actually if you want i can include an itr muffler too, everything for $550bucks. So that's a complete headerback, quiet and some good gains over a stock exhaust.
