    Default Does Canada Post deliver on Remembrance Day?

    I need to send a document to someone but I need it there on Tuesday. If I send it priority courier on Monday it's supposed to be next day AM delivery guaranteed, but does that hold true if Tuesday is Remembrance day? Or will it not get there till Wednesday?

    Canada post's helpline is closed today so I'm hoping someone can tell me before tomorrow.

    I work for Canada Post. Yes, there will be limited deliveries on Rememberance day. It is an optional day for those that want the Double time. I can't guarantee there will be someone to deliver your parcel or not. They will mostly be working to deliver to buisnesses.

    Hmm interesting...thanks for the advice - I think I'll try calling Canada Post tomorrow to see if they can guarantee delivery for Priority Courier - it's not like that's a cheap service or anything so I'm hoping they'll honor it. If not, UPS seems to be willing to deliver on Tuesday by Noon.

    I'm pretty sure UPS will be working - they have a delivery scheduled for me on the 11th.

    Yeah based on the websites FedEx doesn't deliver tomorrow, but UPS does...in fact, UPS is actually cheaper than priority courier with Canada Post which kind of surprised me a bit.

    Regardless I got my situation figured out - thanks for your help everyone.
