all you need is a VIN check to see that the car has no liens on it & shit then you need an out-of-province inspection or a safety inspection if it's older than 10 years

check VINs to see if its been in an accident, coz then its worth less, the liens like MX6GTturbo said, id hav a compression test done and see if its leaking any fluids, along w/ he test they usually do an 80 pnt inspection, which will find if theres a braking shimmy and the rotors need to changed etc, then jus get it over here, outta province safety inspection (pretty much any shop can do it) and then go see wat kinda time/trap speed ur runnign and report back

if it was 2 years older a safety inspection would've done but yeah get an out of province, it should cost you around $120

So any shop that does inspections should be able to provide an Out of Province inspection rite??

I have my own mechanic but I don't know if he can do out of Province Inspections.

As for liens and accidents, I'm just supposed to run the VIN# through who?? I can't run the VIN# in Calgary rite cuz it only checks it within the province, correct?? Can someone on here help me with that??
