FS: Interior doors and bathroom exhaust fan
We have a used but perfect condition Nutone QT-110N-B exhaust fan for sale. Pushes 110 cfm and has a nice quiet 3.0 sones rating.
fan is dusty due to ongoing renovations, but it will clean up nicely and works perfectly.

We also have two pocket doors and one bedroom/office door for sale. All have nice glass inserts, and are in very good condition. They are a bit dirty as we are renovating, but they will clean up nicely.
First pocket door is 30" wide by 77 1/2" tall. The second pocket door is 31.5" wide by 79 1/4 tall. The office door is 29 1/2" wide by 77" tall.

We have a bunch of other things that were replaced when we renovated. Prices are all obo and no reasonable offer refused.
We have about 15 white baseboard heat register covers that we have replaced. Most are in excellent condition, a few have some minor dents in them but are still pretty nice. Asking $10 obo each.
If anybody is looking to replace their old toilets, we also have two white two-piece American Standard toilets that we replaced with dual-flush units. They are the newer 6.0 lpf type, so you'll be saving some water from the old kind as well. Asking $40 obo each
We also have at least 20 sets of nice heavy brass hinges with screws and probably 15 or 20 door handle sets for interior doors. Asking $5 per set of two hinges and $5 per door knob set. Two or three are locking for bathrooms etc.
