General Insurance CSR / Assistant

So I just found out that we will be having a vacancy for a CSR position (general, not commercial) at our agency in a few weeks. The spot would be given to those with their level 1 license or some previous insurance experience.

I don't have a lot of the specifics just yet and I won't be the one doing the actual hiring but I will be working closely with the person (it's the spot for my assistant).

would you know the salary point and benefits of that position? and if i dont have any insurance experience but lots of customer relation experience, will that consider qualify as well?

Possibly. The person leaving the position came to us without prior insurance experience (former receptionist) so anything is possible.

I won't have the salary or benefit information but it is an entry level position. I'm guessing somewhere in the $1800 to $2500 per month range (again....I'M ONLY GUESSING) to start depending on experience.

Our office is in the SE (Queensland / Deer Run area).

I still don't have any details (pay and such) but will update the thread if / when I get them.
