Car has troubles starting in parkades....?
I have a 92 eagle talon tsi awd and everytime i park in a parkade and come back my car bogs out when i start it. it takes about 3 tries to get it to run. Could it be my air filter is really dirty? i got a K&N cold air filter. or another thing i can think of is that there is too much gas being injected as i dont have a fuel controller.

parkades always have a higher Noxious gas level than when your veh is outside. I would inspect and or replace your PCV valve as it may be stuck open, what sort of mods are on your car? and yes an overly rich mixture is a likely culprit as well, again due to low oxygen levels
