Are you looking for someone to help you manage a condo that you own that you want to rent out OR are you looking for a company to manage the whole building like the link in the above post is referring to?

Looking for a place that will find the renter and perhaps collect the rent for me OR find the tenent and do the screening process for me and I will be the one in charge of collecting rent.

I am looking for a property management company as well who would help me find a tenant and to collect the rent. I know there are a lot out there, but it's hard to find a reputable one.
