Great spot, and good zoom on tha camera too...
That's a wicked spot. Only saw these once on tv before.
Nice!
Of course, I get excited whenever I see an aircraft as mundane as an MD-11 at the airport (just as long as it's not another 737 or A320)
Thanks for sharing! Great spot!
Have you been passed the "Bug Ranch" east of Amarillo?

lucky you, the only out of the ordinary things i've seen up close have been cf-18s, an aurora and somewhat close to an AN-124 and a tornado.
did it manage to get full speed forward flight? looks really awkward with the length of those rotor blades pointed forward.
edit: from some quick research seems like they are all test flown in Amarillo, so that is probably a brand new V-22 you saw! doesnt even have usaf/usmc livery/paint or registration. cool stuff.

Transformer?
I read up on this thing on wikipedia. DAYUM.
At the same time, f*&K it took them long enough. 20 years basically from initial design to actually being used. And billions of dollars. THAT is long term planning if I ever saw it. They kind of sort of stayed on budget even
