LF: Someone to do tree trimming

Reasonably priced and can do the work quickly. It's for one of my rentals in Crescent Heights. PM if interested.

This is the e-mail I got from the tenant.

I wanted to let you know that the front hedges and the medium size tree on the front yard (just in front of the steps/walkway) need trimming. That tree is on the property line but apparently does belong to this property so it should be trimmed so that it is not getting too close to the neighbour's home. The shoot offs from the ground are pretty bad too - I think these need to be pulled/cut so that they don't compete with the main trunk of the tree.

Perhaps whomever does this work should take a look at all the trees on the property - the one at the back may be getting a little close to the electrical wires and to the other neighbour's garage roof.
