if you know what video card you have, go to the manufacturer's website and download the drivers for your video card. Your motherboard drivers might help if your video is onboard.

If you dont know what kind of card it is, give me the model number and brand of your computer and I will crunch some db's and see if I can find you the right file.
If you run a windows update in the driver section Windows might also provide a suitable driver for ya.
