Their customer service is a little dumb though. They said that my original order didn't go through because Canadian computers use a foreign language.

yeah I think smugmug uses EZ Photo and Bayphoto. I can select from literally 100's of products that I can offer for sale, I just selected a few sizes of prints, and magnets, and the downloads...

The issue wasn't fixed...lol.I have seen this issue once before with a Canadian customer so there but be a setting for Canadian English that makes this problem occur, when it is generally found on foreign language computers. Please follow the steps below and that should fix the issue.

nope...I mostly sell the files...if someone printed them from the JPG that's up to them :P I use vistek when I'm printing for my personal stuff, or if I'm printing for a customer. they seem to be a little slow though..maybe I'll give LD a shot at it with the next print...Originally posted by Gibson
