Looking at the Venture index, it's gone straight up basically since July/August. Can it keep going at this pace?

Speaking of runaways, the Nasdaq (QQQQ) is now above it's 2007 high of $57.07. Above that, we are looking at 2000-01 levels...

The market has gone locos since July

Everyone is calling for pullback, waiting for pullback but where the hell is this correction? We are gonna see 14,000 by months end if this keeps up. That means I need to buy more inverse haha

Yeah I have no idea what I should be doing, I've been waiting for the last month and a bit for a correction and haven't seen much of one at all. In a lot of cases my watchlist stocks have gone up.

    Guess the wait continues...

I think everyone was waiting for a pullback to get in, but it's just not happening, so they pile in at higher levels. Kinda scary.

Wish I had paid more attention over the fall. All these stocks look so extended now.

Sold off Bank of America. Debating whether to sell Citigroup. UUU is still the gem but I really believe a pullback is coming so hoping to get back in at a lower price. A 1000pt drop on the TSX and DJI is what I really want haha

Hmmmm I wonder whats up with Compton Petroleum today (CMT). HUGE volume, I mean huge volume. So far 20 million plus shares traded when its typically been 500K-1 million average.

Somethings up. I bet the company is sold in the next 6 months.

I sit and laugh because the past 4 pages is max_boost praying for this anticipated and called for pull back and it finally showed some weakness, lol.

However, I am still of the mindset that its the unanticipated that drop the hardest. Everyone's sitting here, slowly cashing in, waiting for a pull back... it drops a bit, people think, wow that wasn't bad, but glad I "got out of the way"... back into the market and then, whammy, that's when the pull back happens.

I sold out of my UUU as well. My biggest cash to date. 124% returns.

Hope to re-enter under $5 and I hope the markets actually pullback or else I'm gonna cry.

I am on bbm pin:24A7109D , feel free to add me and keep me updated, I seem to be out of the office more than in the office lately. I might buy the RT streamer at some point considering I'm self-employed and not in the office 50% of the time. What RT streamer do you use?

heard there is a cycle low in the 3rd week or 4th week of Feb, so be cautious of the stock market until then, especially oil, gold and silver is coming down beautifully in this correction. if silver reaches around 23-24 it would be a great buying opportunity for the next wave up to 50 dollars an ounce. Keep in mind if silver breaks down below 22 dollars it could signal a bigger correction in the works and the current medium term bull market being over.

I'm thinking this too. Finally out of HNU for a small profit (took forever, missed the last spike). I can see it pulling back hard into monday, just looking at the charts now.

NG having to push thru 4.5 three times in the last 2 months, the 4th one could be the breakout, critical support remains at 4.27 which means as long as we dont break below this, NG remains bullish imo, and is currently consolidating or coiling up for a breakout move.

i only go with what I see from a technical perspective, like I said if NG at 4.27 is broken, then that would kill any short term momentum, until then, the expectation remains up, but I do expect oil to retreat further in February, that could play a hand as to how NG reacts, so either its now or we the side way grind could continue onto march before NG breaks free from consolidation
