Lf: business loan/ 225000$

Ok so I am purchasing a businessme and my business partner
the price is 250000 but all we need is 200000 but would like to get 225000$ over a 5+ year term
we are both young and have very strong cosiners and no/bad credit

now does anyone no a good place to ge a loan other than the bank Cause that's a givin,
the business we are buying we no everything about and how to run it the curret owner is one of our friends,
and if worst comes to worst and we can't get the loan our parents are willing to get one for us
but they reallywant the business loan under our names they do not want anything under there names.

Considering your post, I wouldn't recommend getting into a business and here's why:

I'm not digging into you for having bad grammar or punctuation, that's your business and I don't care but...

You're here looking for a source for a $200-250k loan and your post is almost impossible to interpret. At the very least, proofread your post when you're making this kind of a request so people take you seriously.

OP, I'm assuming you've tried your regular bank?

What about putting your house up as collateral?

If the business has good positive cash flow in a stable industry you shouldn't have too much trouble.

Do you have a business plan that you are willing to show potential investors?

I am willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement if necessary.

Who are your co-signers?

Generally, family and friends will be your best source of capital in a situation like this but if you can find some investors who will charge you a reasonable rate of return and not ask you and your co-signers for personal guarantees then you might be one of the lucky few.

The BDC is probably going to be the best place for you to start. First things first, you'll need a business plan to submit to the bank. Here are some of the tools required to begin. Starting a new business is hard work especially when you're looking for that much money right off the bat. There is no way a bank will give you that much cash either without collateral, your parents will have to more than likely use their home as the collateral.

Well we are simply trying to tell you that without a house OR details, you are going to get fuck-all from a lender. That answer your question?

I'm assuming your business plan is no longer than 3 pages and possibly written on napkins..
