See that's so hard for me to comprehend, but at least you're here for other reasons than work. My family and circle of friends all enjoy living here and the weather that come with it so i've never really been exposed to anything else.

Ya, Alberta seeds for the Stampede every year to clear the skies and prevent rain for that week. For some reason they didn't do it this year though and that's why the weather was shit. It's nothing new.

Alberta seeds to prevent major hailstorms, not to stop the rain. In my 13 years of Calgary living, there's been rain for probably 66% of Stampede week's.

Is it just my imagination, or are the people who are arguably the least qualified to do so, the ones most intent on playing with the weather. Namely, Russia and China.
Reminds me of when I was a kid and I used to fuck the computer up all the time and my dad would always say "You know just enough to be dangerous".

Someone really needs to step up here and let Russia and China know that they are not 13 year olds, and the planet is not their chemistry set.
