Adding notes to pdf documents (on your computer)

Does anyone know of any programs that allow you to do this? (for windows)
All of my profs upload the notes onto blackboard in pdf format, so im hoping theres a way I can directly just add my own notes.

edit: found a pretty good program that does it. PDF Annotator.

yeah, that, or you can use a program, like pdf converter which can pull it back to a .doc or whatever... also i am pretty sure photoshop can pull it as an image and you could add notes and then re-save it as a JPG or whatever.
