I used to get pulled over all the time when I had my tuned cars. When I bought my Lancer it got tailed a few times but never bothered, now that i have my truck and no infractions for 5 years I don't get bothered, ever.

Also for the person saying consent for recording, as far as I know in Alberta one of the two parties need to know they are being recorded. Not both.

I think profiling happens however i am sure it stops people being total douche's. I for one am for it as long as I dont get bogus tickets for it. If I start getting bogus tickets for being profile pulled over then it would get tired quick.

Haven't been tailed and stopped by the CPS for years... I think my last one was on HWY 2 over 12 years ago more or less. I did had one weird event with one cop car - two officers in it, had tailed me for few blocks on my way to home from work. Three times in 2 weeks that had happened and always the LAST 3 blocks to my home.

Every time I turn around and parked on street in front of home... the cops passed me and went away. I gave them a good stare as in wondering why they followed me?

My car is a beater, did nothing wrong, followed all speed limits no record. I find it weird and didn't give any thoughts anyway since.
