This is lady gaga's new video, i like everything except the song itself, i could see douche bags like skat19 dancing around in a car full of dudes pumping it. But the video itself is wicked.

Since this is beyond, and you never know what is actually being posted, I watched about 25 seconds (including the ad at the start) to see what it actually was. When I realized the link was supposed to make me watch an actual Lady Gaga video, I quickly clicked the little 'x' in the upper right corner.

I can't describe with words how much I loathe lady gaga, and this video doesn't help that. She's obviously talented and creative, but unfortunately her attention whoring completely overshadows everything she does. I'll wait for the day when she releases a song that's actually about, oh I don't know, anything that doesn't revolve around:

a) her
b) rampant promiscuity
c) clubs
d) her

Another perfect example. A recent quote she made in regards to inspiration for writing music:

"When you make music or write or create, it's really your job to have mind-blowing, irresponsible, condomless sex with whatever idea it is you're writing about at the time."

vs an answer from someone I consider an artist

"You just try to keep that feeling inside you. And then when it's time, you can go there, in your mind and in your heart, and just let go, not think."

Every time I hear/see something new about Lady Gaga, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. This video is no different.

It sounds like you're comparing someone who is very young and has been in the business for a long ass time to the new kid on the scene. They are saying the same thing, just in different ways.
Hate her all you want (I don't really like her either) but she is raking in ridiculous ammounts of cash.

I think that you're being super up-tight. If you don't like pop music in general (assumption I am making) than you are not gonna like her music, no matter what it is. Mylie Cyrus is the complete opposite of lady gaga but I doubt you like her either.

I do agree with non linear, her music and styles aren't very original, but it's something that artists haven't done since the 80s, so it's new to this generation. It looks like kids these days are eating it up too.


I'd also like to say that I don't particularly like Mylie Cyrus or Lady gaga very much myself. This music video was kind of interesting.
