city calgary property tax account help

my mortgage company want confirmation that my property taxes paid full for 2009. i am on tipps plan and pay tax myself not though mortgage company.
i do not have currently such information on paper from city. i look at city website and not find anything relating this information.

does anyone know how i get city to provide this.
