I'm not convinced yet lol...... this team has toyed with me far too many times to make me a believer after only a couple solid games.
With that said we are winning and Iginla hasn't really done much the last few games, perhaps it's a sign of our offensive 'depth'.

I would like to see iggy score a few more, but he is playing much better now than the first 3 games.

i think hes playing pretty well, and its because he abandoned the cherry picker mentality.. hes a big body and needs to use it to his advantage

5 points in 2 games is great and all but he also has 5 points in his last 4 games or 2 goals in his last 8!
The score sheet is only half the story. He still isn't taking the puck hard to the net to create scoring chances! And he still isn't playing like the game changer he used to be, he has more in the tank.

the way i see it is that Iggy is getting older. i don't expect him to be the player he was in 2004.
if he can average 5 points in 4 games for the rest of the season, i'd be thrilled!

He's still cherry picking by the blue line which really fucks up our defense, and when he gets the puck, 3 out of 4 times he'll lose posession.
