For u Android users out there, how well does it sync with Outlook/Exchange right out of the box?
Does it work with Windows Mobile Device Center?

It syncs with exchange yes. I had no problems, I only sync natively with Gmail now though.
Windows mobile device center...is for windows mobile devices.
It works "pretty well." Froyo (Android 2.2) added a lot more exchange features, such as remote wipe and global address lists. Push support works well, with some caveats.Originally posted by Xtrema

When I switched from my iPhone to the Nexus One (which I still haven't completely done), I had Outlook, the iPhone and the Nexus One side by side. When I received an e-mail they all dinged at virtually the same time (give or take a second). So at least we know push is working great and efficiently.
Here are the downsides:
- No folder nesting. If you're like me, you might use Outlook to plan your whole friggen life. I use a very organized folder structure to sort everything. Under my inbox I probably have 10 folders, and then within those folders I have more sub-folders. Android doesn't understand this hierarchy and just displays all folders in the root. This means I have about 100 folders in my folder list.
- No push syncing to folders other than the inbox. If you're a slightly more advanced Exchange user, you probably have server-side rules to sort your e-mail as it comes in. I run about 15 different e-mail addresses that all get pulled into my Exchange mailbox. I then sort these into appropriate folders. Currently there is no way to automatically sync these folders.
Both of these bugs/feature requests are already in the android system. I had hoped to see them implemented with 2.2, but that was not the case. Android is moving fast, I don't expect it will be long before these issues are worked out.
