From the time you took it out of the grocer freezer to the time you put it in your home freezer -- it slightly defrosted, and since Earth has a plentiful resource of gravity, the crust began to reshape while forced against one side of the box. Can happen to fresh hotdog and hamburger buns too if they are thrown into a freezer after purchase.

That's a great guess but no cigar! It went straight from stupidstore directly into my freezer at home. hmmmm what to do.....

Oh I plan on bringing it back, that's for sure. I may email the pizza co. and let them know how superstore is selling their product.
