There's a mint condition 1990 Toyota Supra with only 92kms at Country Hills Toyota. It's going for a whopping $50,000!

Mint for sure, but 50k
Toyota hasn't had any "showroom" worthy car in years so dealers have to resort to their more exciting cars from decades ago.
A showroom full of silver camrys and beige corollas is enough for anyone to
edit: is that a solstice in the photo? My point stands.
The paint didnt seem all that good to me last time I saw it in person.
pretty sure this is a repost from last year
Sig nuked by mod.
Haha this has been there for years...I seen it 2 years ago while looking at trucks at the dealership.
The price is not worth the car at all.
It's been for sale for quite awhile now, it could be the lowest mileage supra in the world (in that gen anyway) If i had loads of money i would buy it just to feel what a brand new 21yr old car feels like.
Haha, 2 years and they can't sell it?!
Going to CHT for alignment, I'll go check it out.
I know the former owner of the car. He bought it new and put it away in his garage. At the time it was going to be the last year for the Supra Turbo as Toyota was discontinuing the car. He was convinced it would be a future collectible. But when they revived the Supra later in the 90's that pretty much ruined his plans. Before selling it to the dealer he considered taking it to Barrett Jackson to see what it would bring.
after reading that e31 thread wow do the fronts ever look similar

Wow he would have been better spending the money on a muscle car back then. Hemi Cuda for about the same price in 1990 as this car was, is now worth 200k+.
I think today he / they would be lucky to get what he paid for the car back in 1990?
Still pretty cool a brand new 20 year old car.
does it come with a warranty for that KM/price?

You have a point there.
Its a 1990 Toyota man, no warranty needed. Toyota built decent cars back in the day. Not like now.Originally posted by thetransporter

War is Peace. Freedom is Slavery. Ignorance is Strength.
that thing has been sitting there for almost 2 years. I want the car so bad, not for 50k though.

Over 2-1/2 years if you follow the old thread. I think they're using it as an advertising tool more than anything, as they haven't dropped the price once, and honestly, it looks fucking good just sitting in the showroom.Originally posted by Cos

Would be funny to buy and then sit out front doing a smoke show till it's on rims.
But then they might be excited to fix it...
then call CAA and tow it somewhere else for new tire..

And a 6 series BMW... I recall that dealership selling a White M6 a few months ago too... If I were dumb I would think that's a used car dealership, not a Toyota.Originally posted by whiskas
