Red Deer Motorsports Park - PETITION!

I was unsure of where to post this, if need-be I can repost in a different section of the forum... but I think this will do just fine for now.

It is a petition to start up a Motorsports Park in Red Deer.

Main events would be Drift and Time Attack.

So what's the plan, other than to beg the City of Red Deer to buy land (somehow, somewhere) then build a track for your drifting?
