I also just renewed my PAL/RPAL and was not prompted / required to provide that information. Now that I think about it, I wasn't asked to provide it the last time I renewed either. When was your last renewal that you remember providing this information?

My last renewal was in 2017. I definitely had to provide a scan of a membership to a range last time, since I have this associate membership to CSC from that time. I wouldn't have bought it otherwise. I haven't gone shooting in almost a decade so there was never any urge to do annual renewals.

I think if you own a registered restricted firearm it will prompt you.

Note it’s more of a policy thing and not a real requirement.

Lucky for me I “inherited” a ton of 22s mostly mini mags, partially why I bought the 44.

What I've found worked for my semi 22 is to use high velocity ammo, been using the winchester 1280fps and I've had no issues.

Barrel length. Put a longer barrel in and it’s restricted.
