$22,000 is probably the number to outfit ALL of City Hall with wireless access.

A Cisco solution would have a WCS, a few wireless controllers and a TON of A/B/G/N radios.

Sure you can slap in an $80 Linksys if you plan on having wireless nowhere else. However, once you get more than a couple access points you need a solution that can be centrally managed, monitored and secured.
