Dumbbell Weight Addons?

Hey guys, I did some googling for this but couldnt find anything.

The gym I go to only has dumbbells that go up to 75lb's. It doesnt look like we're ever gonna get any heavier weights, so I'm wondering if there's any kind of "addon" that you could strap onto it to increase the weight? The dumbbells we have are the round, rubbery types.

I'm hoping for something along the lines of 5-10 lb's heavier?

plate mates should work. the dumbbells should be rubber coated and the plate mates are magnetic
