WTB: Ford Navigation Double Din Head Unit

Looking for a Ford(or Mercury) Factory Navigation Head Unit to put in my 08 F350. I believe most double din Ford nav units work in my truck(I want a black one - not the silver). PM me what you got and how much. Will pay top dollar, especially for one with the new SYNC.

Have ford factory NAV setup from my 2008 f350, switched to avic..

The sync unit is alot of work to operate properly.
