800 sq ft for a loft? To me that's quite small... I'd be looking for something around 1500sq ft, rooftop patio, etc. Now that's a loft.

The newer ones are cookie cutter... tough to find a good, original one... you'd be paying a premium for a true loft/penthouse.

^^ I agree, i think our list selection is very poor, we need a good developer to build some character Lofts

There's one in that list that looks like they just took the ceilings out of it.. Is there a specific guideline for something to be called a loft? The Orange lofts were nice, we even had some drums in there. It was relatively quiet.

Edit: Is there an example in town of a loft type of place where you could be carelessly loud without annoying people?
