And yes selling counterfeit goods *is* against eBay policy. When you file a Paypal dispute, there's even an option for counterfeit goods.

I've been in contact with some of his other scammed victims and they are also filing disputes against the seller after realizing.
lol seller now has his feedback as "private" so that I cant contact all of his victims. Lucky for him, I have his feedback page saved.
