So far. But it should still get better yet. There's one specific event that I'm expecting to happen in this season that should make for one of the best episodes of the series. I just want them to hurry up and get there, haha.

That was the best hour of TV I've seen in quite some time.

The opening scene that showed the eunuch opening his 'package' (pun intended) was straight up badass... actually I think short of the closing segment, the eunuch pretty much stole the entire episode, especially in his scene with the grandma.

Good episode, but I knew that the dragon part would be at the very end so I was impatiently waiting for it the entire episode. I don't see how they are going to fit the entire 3rd book into 1 season. They should have added a few hours, not 5-10 minutes per episode here or there.

They're not. They've already said every season does not correspond to each book and they are going to pick and pull what they need from the entire series to make what works for them in a show.

I might be wrong but if I recall, the Theon Greyjoy storyline that they're showing doesn't happen til book 4.

Sick episode though - did a great job of showing the final scene. HBO has really done the books justice with the major scenes (Ned's killing, Battle of Blackwater Bay, Daenarys getting her army).

Can't wait til next episode.

Yes and no. In the books Theon is just gone until Reek appears. They never actually get into the nitty gritty of him becoming Reek, they only mentioned that he was once "rescued", but it was a cruel prank by The Bastard. This is setting him up better to re-show as Reek, as the book version of events wouldn't work as well.
