Hotmail account got hacked.

I have 2 unknown contacts in my list and everytime i send an email it spans all of my other contacts.
I tried to delete them but it's a no go.I tried my virus scanner and my system comes up clean.

Anyway to delete this crappola.I was sent an email from a friend with the heading no subject.I clicked on it and POW.
Now i'am getting emails from all my contacts with no subject as well.

have you changed your pw yet?, my cousins and tons of friends on hotmail have been hacked, some keep sending no subject bs cause those ppl dont use their email addy anymore

Yup. Been trying to get them to unblock my account with no luck. Put in my cell phone number for them to send me a verification code via txt msg, but none has arrived yet.

Took me almost 3 months to recover my old account....

I kept sending as much info in that I could and kept getting asked for more. The problem I had was, the old verification e-mail account was my old UofC account which is not available to me anymore, and my old verification number was an old Calgary number that I don't have anymore.

Also, how the hell do you answer your secret question when they don't give it to you. So you have to know your secret question and the answer.

Anyways I told them when I changed my last few passwords and told them what they were, and they immediately unblocked my account.
