No doubt, I cringe at the thought of getting massive splinters and seeing those nails sticking out.

they probably rarely get splinters because of calluses on their feet from walking barefoot so much, my cousins in Malaysia literally jump and down and run on the dead coral beach, whenever i try and walk on the beach without sandals it kills so much.
