Yeah I was quite happy. I was messing around a bit, so while it should probably be mostly a "set and forget" recipe, I was having fun. The"super smoke " mode probably does out out more smoke but it is somewhat subtle.

There's definitely some risk that the firebox or body ceramics or soapstone could crack but it's got a lifetime warranty so bring on the cold
